Arrival:

Dracula had been fighting with his cage mate and sustained a superficial injury to his left eye. His young age and traumatic start most definitely contributed to his fearful behaviour.

We worked on taming him, but he knew it was going to take a long time to build his confidence.

Looking for a Forever Home:

Dracula has overcome his fear of humans! Despite his initial nerves, we believe he could be very happy in the right forever home. He is a sweet hamster with an adorable personality to match his looks.

Social requirements:

• Dracula will need a confident-handler. He doesn't bite but is quick to handle. Not suitable for small children.

Housing requirements:

•  The cage needs to be a minimum of 70cm x 40cm. Dracula will need a 20cm diameter wheel.
